Pending	Accepted in Recommendations, not yet verified
Projected EOY	Run-rate against the financial-year target
Savings rate	Confirmed savings as a share of managed spend

Verify a pending item

1. Open the action.
2. Confirm the cloud change landed (instance resized, volume deleted, commitment purchased).
3. Wait for the next completed export period.
4. Mark confirmed only when the later bill moved in the expected direction.

Do not confirm from the recommendation estimate alone.
