This guide describes an intended experience that is not generally available. The screenshots use sample data. Workflows, labels and availability can change before release.

Commitment management would show coverage, utilisation, expiry and purchase recommendations for AWS Savings Plans / Reserved Instances, and Azure / Google Cloud equivalents.

This is not Harness Commitment Orchestrator. FinomateAI would not buy, exchange or modify a commitment. Finance buys in the provider console.

Intended workflow

  1. Read coverage (share of eligible compute on a commitment) and utilisation (share of the commitment that is used).
  2. Open terms expiring inside 90 days.
  3. Open a purchase recommendation and compare it with 30 days of steady-state eligible spend.
  4. Agree the term with finance.
  5. Purchase in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. Then track the saving in Savings Tracker once the bill moves.

Until this ships

Commitment-shaped rows still appear in Recommendations as Cost optimisation. Treat them as advice. Do not invent coverage percentages from the Dashboard.
