Manage connected accounts

AvailableReviewed 21 August 2026

Use the connected-accounts list to confirm that FinomateAI can still read each approved export.

Connected accounts list with Healthy and Importing statuses
Sample organisation. Last import time is the first thing to check when a dashboard looks stale.

When status is Fault

AWS connector in Fault because the role cannot be assumed
Fix identity first. An empty export and a failed assume-role look similar on the Dashboard (no AWS numbers) and different here.
  1. Read the fault line on the page. Role cannot be assumed is IAM. Access denied is bucket/container/dataset. Empty location is the export, not IAM.
  2. Re-open the provider guide:
  3. Confirm secrets have not expired (Azure client secret, GCP key).
  4. Confirm the export is still delivering.
  5. Do not attach AdministratorAccess or a subscription Owner role to “make it work.”
  6. If the connector is healthy but a completed bill still disagrees, follow Data freshness and reconciliation.

Add another cloud

Repeat Connect your first cloud for the next provider. The Dashboard All filter includes every healthy connector.
